One-threshold SCV1 anemometer for fountains
One-threshold anemometer for fountains, adjustable through a potentiometer. The threshold provides a ON-OFF control of the water jets according to the set speed of wind.
The SCV1 anemometer has been studied and arranged to be integrated inside pumps auxiliary control circuitry, with an ON-OFF logic, in order to regulate the fountain according to the speed of wind.
The control system consists of: anemometer (sensor) and controller (electronic board). The sensor sends the speed of wind to the controller. Once the set threshold is passed (from 10 up to 50 km/h), the controller disables the auxiliaries controlling the pump., after a short time. Next activation is automatic after 10 minutes, only if meanwhile the measured speed of wind is below the set threshold. It is possible to modify the system sensitivity to wind by using the potentiometer on the board. The regulation interval is between 10 and 50 km/h.
The sensor cable must have a dedicated canalization, meaning that it must not be coupled with other cables. The distance of the sensor from the controller must be less than 30 m.
